I was recommended by my neighbor and all I got to say is WOW! Super amazed by this location. I was greeted as soon as I walked in through the door and I absolutely loved the protocols they followed, they definitely make you feel in a safe environment. The young lady who helped me made everything so easy to comprehend and was very knowledgeable. I paid a little over the 69.95 deal but only because I chose to add all the bells and whistles. Will definitely be coming back in and recommending all my family and friends!

Walked in, asked for an adjustment and the lady at the counter took about 30 seconds to fix them. Very professional and now my glassss fit perfectly. Will be returning to get my exam with them. Do not understand the negative reviews but to each their own, I will definitely be coming back with my wife and kids

So I’m updating my review and changing from a 1 star to 3 star. I was getting contacts and unfortunately I had to wait over a month for my trials to come in and hadn’t recieved them which is what made me give a 1 star. However I was contacted from high up and they helped out and the next day I was called from here that my trials had arrived. However, the receptionist told me that they’ve been there for a week and that they kept calling me. But that was clearly a lie because I had 0 missed called. She even told me that she wasn’t able to leave ME voicemails and that’s a lie because I get voicemails from my job and they don’t have an issue. I get the feeling that someone clearly forgot to call or something and gave me that excuse after I had to contact customer support. It’s no coincidence either that I’ve seen reviews complaining about the receptionist. All in all my contacts fit great and I can see 100%. I got this appointment fast but it was unfortunate that I had to wait that long for my trails to come in.
