2021.02-22/1700: Decided to give this place a try since we’ve visited the location in Virginia Beach, Virginia in ’14 and had a pleasant experience. I was happy that I was able to make an appointment online. I thought that was very convenient. The website was also user-friendly. Very easy.Upon arriving at the location, they had a nice system in place. They practiced social distancing, wore masks and also enforced these practices throughout my whole visit. They were busy at one point and everyone respected social distancing. The staff was sanitizing everything that everyone would touch. They have a good system in place for trying on glasses and sanitizing them afterwards. Super diligent. Everything was excellent!My experience at this location was awesome. The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly yet professional. Alejandro and Yency are fantastic! I’d have to say, they were very patient with me and my indecisiveness!Dr. Tran was the best. He listened to all my concerns regarding contacts and took the time to address them. I haven’t worn contact lenses in a while and after my visit, I ended up buying some! I can’t wait to wear contacts! I ended up buying a pair of glasses anyways because they had such a huge selection to choose from that were affordable and looked good! We will have to visit for Halloween for crazy colored contacts!Many thanks to Dr. Tran and his staff. The woman who administered the testing was great, too. From the time you walk in until the time you leave, absolutely fantastic. No pushy salespersons! No hassle! We will definitely be back for more, especially after receiving such exceptional customer service!

More like AMERICAS WORST. Aside from all the other negative customer service reviews, this one is particularly about their products. I purchased the two pair for $69.99 around December last year. I lost my plastic pair and started wearing the metal ones around March of 2020. A few months go by, and the sides of the glasses have already eroded away and have caused me to BLEED on the sides of my face where the glasses touch. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT GET THE CHEAP GLASSES. Maybe even go somewhere else. I went there to get the pair switched out and they wouldn’t because I never got the protection plan. Lesson DEFINITELY learned! I’ll attach photos below.

This place is the best place if u want to get cheap glasses or however u want. These are some combos for the type of glasses u want the glass is free they will make the glass un breakable. The people there are really sweet and nice i love them and i’ll go back ther again.
