HORRIBLE SERVICE! I ordered my contacts 2 months ago, when they never arrived I spoke to the manger & nothing was done. I called customer service & they said they’d call me back but never did. After a couple hours “ERIKA” the store manager called me & said “we refunded your contacts and cancelled your order” . DID I GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO CANCEL MY ORDER? NO! They just didn’t wanna deal with me because they’re LAZY & unprofessional. Customer service experience over all with the store and rep was overall HORRIBLE. I might just be a couple dollars to the system but I used to recommend so many people here because I thought they really were “America’s best” but they’re trash.
