Update: I’ve since moved my rating from 1 star to 3. Kevin there made me change my mind, I guess it just depends what time you go. I haven’t had any luck during the day but Kevin waited on me and my daughter right before close one evening, he was really helpful with both my glasses and contacts and kept me up to day afterward on another issue that was going on with a missing pair of glasses. SO many things went wrong with this experience but Kevin salvaged a lot. I’m not 100% satisfied with my contacts and definitely not satisfied with any of the customer service skills of the day crew I had dealt with but chances are I may try one more time after pandemic chaos calms a little more by the time I need to go again.Terrible customer service and received inaccurate prescriptions. I have so many complaints and am tired of dealing with them. I’ll definitely be getting a new eye doctor. If these next sets that are already paid for for me and my daughter are still wrong I’ll be cutting my losses and going to a different doctor.

My husband and I went to the Weatherford location to purchase glasses for the first time. Kevin greeted us with a smile and a sense of humor, which immediately put us at ease. He gave us honest opinions regarding the styles we chose, Kevin was very helpful and made the whole process easy.We went back to have my pair of glasses adjusted. Once again, Kevin greeted us with a smile and put us in the hands of Monica. She was meticulous with the adjustments and very patient while working with me and made sure I comfortable with the glasses.
