I always go to America’s Best I always receive star quality service yesterday was nothing less than. The doctor was very informative and once he finished with his patients he was on the lobby floor helping the ladies. My experience has been nothing but the best. I went by that morning and was scheduled for that afternoon at 3:15. I got there early was seen shortly after getting there went through temperature check.

Don’t really recommend this place if you have other options. Use this maybe as a last resort. I only came here since I needed my glasses replaced before I went to a trip and I needed my glasses to drive, and was unable to get an appointment soon enough at my regular place “Las Colinas Medical Center” do i regret coming here? Maybe. But I needed glasses so I guess I can’t really complain since all the reviews kinda summarizes what to expect. They will try to rush you out when you go pick up your glasses especially if you already payed for them. Again use this as a last resort. Also I would have expected for them to give better cases for your glasses especially if you bought a “designer” brand not just these plastics cases. Lol maybe even some eye glasses cleaner? Oh well next year I won’t be coming back.

I went and got an eye exam my results came back that I needed glasses . So now it’s a month later and they still don’t have my glasses . So two weeks later I call to see what’s going on and they tell me that they have been delayed and to be sent out that same day . So I call the next week to see if they arrived the day they say and they tell me it’s gonna be Wednesday . So I called that day only to be told it want arrive until today . So today is here and I decided to call before they close and I’m being told it will not arrive til Wednesday. At this point I rather not see since I have to wait on what I paid for. I will not recommend this location to anybody this store is 0 stars I had to rate only to leave a review !!!!
