I’d give no stars if that were an option.They NEVER have a doctor available and every single thing requires a doctor. I will say the doctor I saw was nice, but that’s about the only plus.Don’t worry… there are plenty of front desk workers with poor attitudes though.Oh and they make you pay on your first visit, even though they don’t give you your prescription or glasses/contacts on that visit. That’s because they know they have you hooked then, but they will string you along for several months between your first appointment and getting whatever you originally went there for.Do NOT recommend.

The staff was nice and helpful. They used all safety measures and I didn’t have to pay a fortune for glasses! I am definitely coming back to America’s Best in Tiger Town Opelika, Alabama.

Giving them a one star is too high; the should have some negative stars is what American Best deserves. The glasses my husband I purchased are horrible. You cannot keep them clean no matter if you use dawn soap or buy the high dollar cleaner. They will not stay clean and they are very hard to see out of. If you value your eyesight you may want to go to a licensed ophthalmologist; who has certified opticians. There are a lot of people I know who are having problems with their lenses, and for the cost of the deal they say you are getting, is just as high as going to a licensed ophthalmologist, who has certified people on their staff. You may pay a few dollars more, but it will be definitely worth getting the vision examine and glasses for your eye sight.
