Son bought glasses 4 months ago and the frame broke at spot welded area while cleaning them. Told him if he didn’t purchase a warranty they would not replace frames even though their website says 1 yr warranty. Told him he applied too much pressure while cleaning them or he doesn’t take his glasses off with 2 hands (who in the hell takes glasses off with 2 hands?). A lot of excuses to not support their 1 year warranty that is posted on their website. He’s had other glasses and never had this problem before. Cheap glasses and the worst customer service. Go someplace else. This place is a joke.

Always love my experience here. Everyone is professional, nice, and very helpful. The eye doctor does a great job explaining everything, and answering all your questions, and they have a good selection of glasses. I’d recommend them to anyone.
