All the staff were awesome. The eye was nice also. Quick and easy. The ladies talked to me the whole time. Explained everything including the prices. It is a little high but for great customer service I will pay that extra money. It is so so hard to find great customer service. If I could I would give them a ten stars.

If you do not live in the Montgomery area, but have a reasonable commute to the city, this location is well worth the drive! I was able to schedule an appointment without weeks of waiting online. The staff members were polite and efficiently serving customers. The optometrist was AMAZING! I was in and out in less than one hour! The store kept social distancing in mind. My experience here was top notch from an initial click on the computer to walking out with with my contacts in hand. I will bypass my local store to make the drive to this one for years to come!

Went to get eye exam, you know the free eye exam with 2 pair glasses or 69.95, well I add exam for contactsI pick out my eyeglasses. I went thru process of checking out. Well some days later only got one pair of glasses, I ask about the second pair. The clerk told me they hadnt come. Fast forward a week later, the second pair wasnt order and I have to paid an additional $9 dollars to get tge second pair. I had to call be place on hold for 5 minutes to be told that and then another 5 minutes to come back in to get the second pair, after the make an adjustment.
