This was June 2020 in the middle of the pandemic.I got my exam and ordered my glasses almost $400 AFTER insurance. 7-10 days later I got them went to the store in Florence AL to get them. Put them on and everything was blurry, both eyes, I told them over and over everything was blurry. They said try them for a while and let us know, Mind you this was June 2020 in the middle of a lock down. I wore them for a few weeks and it never got better. Called the store told them I still could not see their reply was, Sorry you got them too long ago there is nothing we can do for you. I should have complained to corporate and they should have adjusted their try them out period for people on lock down. I will not be returning EVER and I tell everyone what they did. Total waste of $400 the glasses are useless to me.

The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable! I went for a regular eye exam because my eyesight has been noticeably deteriorating. The doctor was able to find a problem that had been misdiagnosed for 15 +YEARS, and get an appointment set up with a specialist. I would highly recommend to anyone, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit, and I will be back!P.s. They are 1000% better than Florence Eye Center!
