We were late 7 min and they refused to see us. What about when the doctors make us wait over an hr when they run behind? Absolutely not fair and not customer friendly when I drove from so far away for the doctors visit. When I asked as to why when I wasn’t told this policy over the phone when I made the appointment, I was told the doctor would not get a chance to have a lunch! Definitely not America’s Best!

However waiting because they were extremely busy when me and I husband arrived. We still got in and out pretty swiftly. The staff was knowledgeable and very nice! Nathan is great!! He was truly on top of his game! Easy to work with nice, kind, and sweet!! Thank you Nathan and staff for all the hard work you do!! And O.D. Patel Janakkumar is great as well!!
