I had a nail in a tire on my brand new car. The dealership wanted to replace the tire, but suggested taking it to a local tire store. I looked up American Tire Depot and called. They quickly offered to let me come in this morning, first thing, and they’d take a look at it.Mike greeted me promptly at 8:00a on the dot! He gathered the details and then had me relax in the waiting area (super clean and didn’t smell like tires). In about 30 minutes he let me know it was fixed – and they did this as a complimentary service. I was shocked! Completely ABOVE AND BEYOND – and the interactions with their other customers arriving first thing – it’s clear this location has an established rapport with their customers and they enjoy returning here for all of their tire needs.I will be, too.Thank you Jose for the repair!
