Sam is great ! He is so polite and helpful. As a woman, going to mechanic shops is a little intimidating, but he made the process so simple. I highly recommend American tire depot in Burbank. They are fast and efficient. I really like the fact that they test drive the car after they service it to make sure the job is done right. Other places might be cheaper but you’d definitely be sacrificing the quality. Their customer service is so great that they were willing to wait for me an extra 15 minutes to get out from work after their shop closed to allow me to pick up my car. They are just amazing !

Great customer service. The guys who worked on my truck did the work efficiently. Belts replaced truck runs better. Although one minor mistake left the cap off the coolant. which I corrected when I got home. Will be going back for more work to be done.
