They have everything I need & their prices are competitive. It would be quite beneficial if their front counter staff were a lot more in tune to assisting Customers consistently rather than keeping us waiting. I’ve been there several times have noticed staff behind the counter not directly at the counter window area seemingly engaged in casual conversation with other colleagues. After a few minutes they would end the conversation & ask a Customer if they needed assistance. In the meantime, the Customers just have to wait until they decide to end their conversation before they take the time to assist someone. Aside from this, which I think is important to know, they do have great materials & usually have what I’m looking for.Which is why I tend go there.
