I’m not sure why this organization has a fire relief division… They are useless. My house had a fire in my basement (where I live) and basically American Red Cross pretty much told me they could not help me relocate. I decided to use my own network… which was more useful. SMH Terrible… You’re better off contacting a church, friends and family before calling American Red Cross.
