I was referred by the manufacturer of my father’s lift chair to purchase a replacement controller. I worked with them over the phone for OVER A WEEK and the part has not yet been ordered by them. I made my last call over 24 hours ago with no response back yet. I’m am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer service. When you are dealing with elderly (my father is 86 and NEEDS his lift chair to work) there should be an urgency to getting their needs taken care of. I will never deal with this company again. I called the manufacturer for another referral and the part was ordered in less than 30 minutes.
