Thank you to Monica and the team of American Freight. We really appreciated all you have done assisting us with our questions and concerns on our new gas range.Yes we purchased it knowing it was a little banged up cosmetically but it works perfectly fine otherwise. You saved us a couple hundred bucks and waiting a two to three week delivery from the other place.You can browse online to see the merchandise on hand at different stores but it’s recommended to go inside of the store to make your final decision. ASK FOR CHERYL SHE IS AMAZING!!!!I have been looking to replace my refrigerator for a few weeks. American Freight is close to my work so I stoped to check it out. I met Cheryl that day, unfortunately it was a holiday weekend and there was not a single item stock in my 30-33” wide restriction range. and she gave me her direct number and told me they were expecting a shipment the next day to call or text her with my name an the fridge i was looking for and she would look at what came in once it was unloaded and let me know. The shipment did not come in the next day but she contacted me back and let me know that and that she had my info down and would continue to loon for me. About 5 days later she contacted me with 3 options and one was perfect.She was outstanding, her customer service was outstanding, and i am so grateful to her for it. Appliances like this can be a large expense and while shopping around a different places I was not met with a single employee at any of the places I looked that had as good of service as she gave me. It made spending that huge chunk of change worth it at the end not just for the refrigerator but also for the quality and customer service I received.
