The in store shopping experience was A+, absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, great prices, easy financing. However, my delivery experience is the reason for the 3 star review. My delivery came pretty late from the time frame i was given. Also, my mattress and box spring were missing, so had to be brought the next day. That day I set up my bed fram and was getting ready to put my headboard on and noticed I had been given the wrong size headboard. They were quick to remedy this situation and brought the correct size with my late mattress and box spring. Its a shame to have this delivery experience after such a wonderful in store experience. Overall, however, BECAUSE of the wonderful in store experience and great pricing I WILL likely be a return customer and hope for a better delivery experience next time. We are all entitled to have an off day.

This store has decent selection of furniture, appliances etc. Their associate Chris was very helpful in finding me the perfect sofa set-Sorrento brown sofas&recliner. My order was delivered efficiently and handled with care by 2 other associates. Overall, no damage and I’m definetly pleased with this purchase.
