Our experience started over the phone. I called for directions and spoke with Sylvia. She took her time to make sure I didn’t get lost. She was kind and specific without being condescending. Following her instructions, we were easily able to find the store and arrived on a Saturday afternoon.We went looking for a living room set. We had Sylvia help us in the store as well. We found a few items that we liked but they were not in stock so we left empty handed (the only reason this is not 5 tars!) after reassurances from Sylvia that she would contact us when they came in. Super comfortable furniture and fair prices with exceptional – though not pushy – service. We hope for a call soon!
