In the process of moving to a new home, thus, the need to purchase appliances. Ruben, our associate, was wonderful! He went above and beyond to meet our needs. We were looking for an electric washer/dryer. All they had for the brand we were interested in was the dryer. Ruben took care of us while we sat back and relaxed. He called all locations and even took a step further to call the Austin location, long story short, he was able to get us what we wanted in a professional and timely manner. His customer service was exceptional, we made a great connection and talked all about family. You know it’s genuine customer service, when the associates take their time to get to know you as a person and not rush you out of there. From walking in to delivery, it took 6 days to receive. Thank you Ruben for your dedicated work and excellent customer service! I highly recommend!!
