I called America TV & Video to get my television repaired. From my first experience with them when i called i knew this company was awesome. The young lady that helped me was fantastic, her customer service skills went above an beyond in many ways (nothing i have ever experience when calling anyone for service) she answered all my questions and gave me great input, not only that but she scheduled me the very next day cant get any better than that. The Tech they sent to my home was OUTSTANDING ( he was more than knowledgeable and extremely polite and courteous) he arrived on time Diagnosed my television and explained to me what was wrong and what would be needed to fix my unit ( in my terms so i understood exactly what was needed) 🙂 i had an estimate with in couple minutes which i will say there prices are Fantastic and exceptionally reasonable, they ordered my part and was back out to my home next day WOW is all i can say literally less than 48 hours and my TV was up and running perfectly and still running wonderfully. I’m so happy i called them and did not just go buy a new TV. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET YOUR TV FIXED OR DIAGNOSED I **HIGHLY** RECOMMEND THEM THEY ARE JUST AWESOME!!!!!!! Took my Panasonic microwave in for repair as suggested by Panasonic. We were very pleased. Staff very pleasant and knowledgeable. Repairs required them to order parts, and were completed in a timely, effective manner. I plan to take other appliances to them as necessary.
