I picked up an order in store on Friday and came back Sunday to do the return. I was told that there is a 24 hr window to return any in-store order pickups, which is why I came back on Sunday after trying on the items at home.When I try to return my items no could figure out how give me back my money.Apparently my order wasn’t scanned out on Friday so they said I will need to come back another time. I told them that that wasn’t an option for me, because it was their mistake.A manager got involved to solve the issue and she couldn’t figure out to do a return on the register. She tried calling customer service to help with my return but also didn’t know how to dial out from the store and had to call customer service from her cell phone!!After 45min, the manager finally figured out how to process a return. It seems the staff needs an overall retraining as to how to process orders and returns in store. I will not be bothering shopping with them in the future.

I’m giving this place 5 stars, and the reason for this is the guy Many who works there, he actually is one of the most genuine and pleasant people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Tell him what you are looking for and he WILL take care of you. Take $100 bucks when you go there and get yourself something cool but before you do, make sure Many is there and tell him what your looking for and if you dont know? He will tell you what looks good. Absolutely the best customer service, 5 stars kid!!! And thanks!!

So I bought the wrong size that was bit loose I realized that later because that particular shirt had different size than normal. I wanted to return but lost the tags but had the receiptThey clearly said no tags no return sorryI know I should have kept the tags but all other stores does that maybe that’s why I didn’t focus much on saving tags
