Normally American Eagle is my go-to store. Although today this was not the case, I walked in the store and was not greeted while all the employees stood around giggling and giving side eyes to us. This really upsets me because normally they never lack in customer service. Sadly I will not be returning and hope this does not happen to anyone else. Do better American eagle!!!!

Staff was very friendly. I’ve never been great with style, and was in need of help. I was coached and nudged into trying out some skinny jeans which I probably wouldn’t have tried on my own. I was surprised to find that I didn’t mind them, and my family all appreciates the upgrade to my wardrobe. Very thankful for the help I got!
