Absolutely FANTASTIC service. I came in looking for a pair of jeans without distress and in a long size (I’m tall, I don’t like my ankles showing with a pair of jeans) and Emily was able to help me find a pair that fit my specific description with a smile on her face and even prepared a fitting room for me. Then Jay checked my items out, helped me get a discount on another pair of jeans to be shipped to my house in the same size as the ones I was buying in store, and was smiley and helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever had better customer service in a retail environment.This isn’t to forget that the store was pristine (including the dressing rooms), the products were all folded or hung neatly, the music selection was nice and the store smelled clean instead of overloaded with perfumes like other stores. The lighting wasn’t flickering and the store was well staged.11/10 would recommend. Very happy with my American Eagle clothes and service, both in high quality!!
