Overall it’s a nice place to take a walk. The river view is very beautiful. Less than a minute walk from the ferry. Directory sign not enough, especially the parking lot. And food court is not ready yet. It just started, don’t expect too much. Visited on 5/19/19. Hopefully it’ll be much improve and better on the next visit. ^ . ^

An incredible addition to Staten Island and NYC, just steps from Staten Island Ferry. Sleek, modern but comfortable, this site has just begun its openings. Can’t wait to see the new shops and restaurants this summer. This shopping center will be a hit with locals and visitors.
