I donated to American Cancer society in Upland because my aunt passed away from Cancer. They did come to my house to pick up. It was a truck full of items. I was told I would receive a donation letter and NEVER did. I called to let them know that I had additional items of hers and also wanted to see about getting donation letter from previous pick up. I’ve called 3 times!!! Even the poor lady who answers the phone made a comment that she doesn’t understand why the guy who handles this hasn’t called back. Very unorganized. Not felling very confident that money received for items goes to the charity. VERY SAD!
