The branches that are open will not allow me to call them! It is 10 mins after 5. The lovely answering system stated what branches were open and when called, guess what the same answering system! What gives? If we have issues why cant we get a hold of someone?

I tried to call this branch around 30-40 minutes before they close, since this branch closes later than the others, but they don’t answer the phone. I called Market Street phone to see if they were open and I was told by one of the associates the bank’s phone quit ringing at 5:30pm, and that Market Street associates could not help me to get in touch with somebody in the bank.I do not live in Amarillo, so I felt very disappointed of this policy ( if there is such a policy), and of this branch for not having their phone available to customers after 5:30, and even more, frustrated because is a bank mistake that I was trying to correct. I wish I could find their mistake earlier. We customers, I feel, are at their mercy.
