Rich is helpful and exudes honesty.I cant speak for the rest of the staff.Rich is the manager of this operation and is a pretty knowledgable guy who has been in the tire industry for ages.He has spent over and hour out of the work day to educate me on tires and processes as a potential customer. They put systems in place to assure you get quality tires, that are within manufacture specification AND they warranty their tires for a guaranteed mileage life.It’s always good to find a service provider who stands behind their product.I’ve been into alyeska for several tire repairs over the years and they are always prompt to fit me in on notice.When I want to best tires for my ride, I buy them here.(Put a cover on your seat, mechanics are dirty)

After seeing such high reviews on this place, thought I had found a good tire place (I’m new in town). I was really disappointed when I was getting into my car after a balance and rotation they did, to see this on my seat. I certainly didn’t show up with a seat like this. I understand my car may be older, but just because my car may be a little older, is no excuse to treat it any different than others.I went back in to show what the mechanics had done to my seat. I was offered a can of brake parts cleaner and a rag… Really? If you haven’t used brake parts cleaner before, it’s very harsh chemicals used for… cleaning brakes.Anyway, it must have been the face I made, then the guy working the counter offered I go down the street to have the seat cleaned at no charge (should’ve offered this in the first place). The grease/stain came out fortunately, but just more of a hassle than I should’ve had to deal with IMO on a day trying to get errands done.
