They lie. A lot. Proceed at your own risk.I asked them about their experience selling and installing a composite floor we ultimately purchased from them. I went in their store and asked them about it at least 5 times before purchase. Got samples, brought them home, brought them back, asked more questions. Customer’s love them. We’ve had really good experiences.Guess what? My installation was the first they ever did. They had never sold and installed this floor before. Big fat liars. But it gets better.How did I find out they lied to me? During the installation they couldn’t even follow the instructions that are in PICTOGRAMS ON THE BOX not to hammer the boards in. I had to be like why the F are you tapping these boards in, thats not how you install these floors. After some big discussion with the installers and their boss Max I realized (and Max eventually fessed up) they had never sold and installed this floor before.They get 2 stars because their carpet installation was satisfactory and I actually think their installers are decent and ultimately not terrible. If they had time to learn and practice they’ll be fine. Their leadership, specifically Max Zad, smarmy and untrustworthy. Don’t believe a word they say because they lied to my face repeatedly. And I have the receipts.I wish I had read this review before I chose to work with them.
