I called to set up an appointment for my daughter to find a dress she liked. When I spoke to the woman on the phone she acted as though 12pm-2pm was a hassle. After trying a few dresses on we found we actually needed to order hers. We wanted to go look at other places but told them we would be by Monday to order if we didn’t find anything else. Monday came around, no one is in the shop, no one answers the phone, and no one returns your call when you leave a v/m. Day 2 trying to get in touch with them and STILL nothing. I would rather drive AWAY from this shop than put my money into a business that doesn’t appreciate where their money comes from. IM STILL TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM BUT IM NOT HOLDING MY BREATH. Please save your money AND time and shop somewhere else. if Ruby and Jane would have had anything other than flower girl dresses I would have spent my money there as I have before. They were helpful even though they couldn’t accommodate me, they offered other dress stores (one of which was Allure) . I should have read reviews on this shop BEFORE going for my daughter’s dress. Why have a store if your never there and never make it possible for people to pay for a dress as well.
