I only review those businesses that have exceptional customer service. That said, I purchased a hospital bed in July, 2020 & Andy was able to get it to my father in one day. Although the warehouse was damaged due to the tornado, the owner delivered the bed personally. Present day, I just purchased a new rollator & lift chair for my mother. Andy was very knowledgable & was able to get me the right product at the right price. Delivery was again the next day & was delivered by Trent. He was very careful & respectful of the chair as well as my home. He was very knowledgeable & professional as well. I highly recommend this company. Lynn

My Mom and I are thrilled with All Star Medical Supply! We were shopping for a scooter for Mom and visited the store 3 times over 2 days. All of the staff we encountered – Nicole, Joel and Vanessa – were very professional, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and supportive. The large inventory of scooters they have available to test drive is impressive, in addition to the many other medical supply products they have in stock (walkers, canes, recliners, shoes, disposals, and more). We bought a 4-wheel scooter at a very reasonable and competitive price which they delivered at no charge. The customer service we received was extraordinary.
