When I called this service I wasn’t informed up front that they didn’t except debit/credit card or check as a form of payment. Cash only. The rude and suspicious young female wanted to follow me in her vehicle to a ATM machine. She also had another female with her. Her vehicle had nothing on it stating she was with Allen’s. At that moment I just so happened to see a friend who happened to have cash. I asked for a receipt. She informed she couldn’t provide a receipt, but could send me a text. I’ll never call on this service again. Very unprofessional.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality This business is close to my office and I’ve tried to use them a few times thinking it would be convenient; however, that never is the case. I have waisted more time opposed to saving time. Always out of certain sizes of keys, work not done in a timely matter, customer service is lacking, in addition, the store is messy and unorganized.
