I can’t say much about the experience at the store. My wife bought me a thermometer and I wanted to trade it out for a higher end model. I took it into the store with the receipt and they told me I couldn’t return it and to try dealing with the manufacturer. I wouldn’t buy presents here unless you’re sure you won’t want to return anything.

I called about a new oven but could not get the type of oven I wanted due to size and the person that answered the phone asked questions on how he could help make what I had to work. He asked if I smell gas and I did, he suggested to call the partner install company and they made it out the next day and sure enough I had a gas leak. I will buy my future appliances through this local company. Great customer service and will not push you into products you don’t want. Thank you!

Found just what I wanted….. searched for DAYS and could not find it ANYWHERE ( small glass nesting bowls). Courteous and prompt assistance. These folks are GREAT!!!!
