Bought four new tires, they installed and did not tighten the lug nuts on one rear tire. Only the security lug nut so I was driving on the highway at 80 mph hearing funny noises, so I went back..another employee told me that the lug nuts were not tightened and only 1 out of 5 was tightened, hence the noise. When I told a higher up/supervisor, he didn’t even apologize but did offer four free tire rotations as a consolation

I love and support local businesses, and no doubt this place is quick. But maybe a little too quick? It’s like a tire factory here, and the line goes around the block when busy. About three weeks ago, I put winter tires on my Porsche Cayenne. I washed the car yesterday and noticed they scratched the paint on the caliper. Maybe most people wouldn’t care, but it seemed preventable if it wasn’t always a rushed madhouse.

This place is great. They dont pressure you to replace all of your tires or sell you expensive brands. I went in with a 20 year old car and needed 1 tire. They asked what I was looking for, gave me options, and that was it. I asked if they could check the other tires and they told me they still had some miles in them rather than try to sell me more. Another time I had a leak in a tire and they found it and plugged it for super cheap, rather than try to sell me more. They’re also very fast – in and out in no time. And the fact that they’ve been there forever tells you they’re a good honest business.
