Ordered a sterilizer from them. Shipped out fine. Easy to work with when you are about to give them 10k. AFTER that: Impossible to finally get a hold of anyone. Shlomo the guy in charge was slow to return calls. Chuck was useless. The ones initially answering phones (Andy and Andrea would outright lie about previous conversations.) I have never left a 1 star review before, but I had to for this place. Never discussed anything about our plumbing issues – in fact THEY called our installer and made sure he knew what he was doing – they never mentioned anything about special plumbing. Our plumbing worked fine for 25 years and we ordered the exact same sterilizer. When the sterilizer didn’t work (Brand new) they sent someone to ‘look’ at it and charged us again. We wanted a return – they were happy to do so at a 70% – SEVENTY – restocking fee. We ate the dirt on that one. Well here is your review. Hope your happy with shady business.
