They were friendly and professional. I actually went in to pick up a ups package and walked out finding my new favorite boot shop and repair shop. For years ive been buying my $250 tims and using them till the soles were gone then I’d just throw em out . but I.learned they can fix all.that! And you can keep the distressed leather look that took years to form. No need to break in boots over and over again. They also had some boots for sale they looked real good

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Gave this place a couple of tries, both times bad quality service, bad craftsmanship. They took forever to have the work done and once done had to point out the faulty-work. Could not even properly shine my lucchesses. Also did not even bother to call me and tell me when the work was done. Definitely won’t go back here.
