We have been serving the Bay Area community since 1993. Our store is located in the beautiful city of Alameda and we are easily accessible to customers from all over the Bay Area. I took my favorite pair of boots to be re-soled here. He did such a beautiful job on the sole and the polish! The man I met didn’t talk much but he is a very skilled cobbler. Don’t let the other reviews scare you, he is just serious.

I took in my custom orthotic inserts and asked him if he could replace the thin top Liner of my orthotics. He said yes. Instead he charged me $50 to glue another liner on top of the old one. So now my wonderful shoe inserts are unusable as they are now far too thick to wear in my walking shoes. I leave soon for a long trip so I have no time to get my custom inserts replaced. He’s too much of a jerk to ask him to fix it. BTW, I’ve given many businesses good reviews, and I’ve chosen to never give a bad review. This is my first exception—first unfavorable review.
