I was introduced to this place from Bladecraft Barber Academy and Jim gave us a tour of his business. He was very helpful and educated us on his products. I decided to open up my own barbershop earlier this year and bought 4 chairs from Jim along with other equipment. Jim and his staff are very knowledgeable in anything they sell. All of my chairs were bought used and when I had a problem with one I brought it back to ALA where Jim personally made it right, so I went ahead and bought another chair from him that day and left the store with my chair fixed, and a shoe shine chair. These people have been nothing but helpful to my business. I will continue to come back knowing full well that Jim, Stacy, or anyone in his staff will be there to take care of me.
