Been here twice. Once to replace my faded front Cadillac emblem, along with my Rockford Fosgate install. Second time I went, was to replace my faded back emblem. Flawless work. I’m considering buying a new head unit and bringing my Escalade to them for the third time.

Very nice and helpful people, I went to get my radio changed and they were able to fix my existing radio!! Thanks Cisco!

I cannot rate this place low enough. My car stereo stopped playing sound on one side, so I came in to get it fixed. I had to call them for updates throughout the day, and the one update I did get was right before closing time when they tell me they put in $700 worth of speakers but they don’t work because I needed a new radio too. I have no idea why they wouldn’t check that first and I don’t trust them enough to know what the problem really was. Had they finished in the time they said they would, maybe I could have gotten this sorted out that day, but instead I drove around for the next week with these $700 speakers in my car that don’t play sound. I come back the next weekend, where they were not only 35min late to open but also forgot I had an appointment. I wouldn’t have been so bothered by the aggressive upselling if they had offered to take any blame for leaving me with an expensive and incomplete sound system. There was no discount after all of the consistently terrible customer service, and at the end of the day, I spent $1100 on a new system that is somehow only marginally better than the stock one I had. I now know to never waste money on upgrading a car stereo system, and if for some reason I need a repair, I also know where not to go. Lesson learned!
