From my first call into the dealership to 7 months post-delivery and use of my coach, Airstream Los Angeles has always been there to answer ALL my questions and help me through my service and storage needs.I started off my sales experience with Jeremy L and it was quite different than any other vehicle I had ever purchased. There was no feeling of pressure and he was always there to answer my questions pre and post-sales as they come up over time.To say our service advisor is Aaron could not be more patient and helpful is an understatement! We have gone through numerous upgrades to the coach (200Ah Solar Lithium, 3 Lift, 2 Hitch Receiver) and he has always been very helpful throughout my various service related questions and needs as we have hit a few snags as first time owners.We also use the storage lot frequently and in touch with Lilia often. Similar to my previous experience with others listed in this review, she is extremely helpful and has always gone out of her way to help us and answer all of our questions.John V also helped us in a pinch over a holiday weekend and it is appreciated.My family and I appreciate all of the hard work from not only these folks but also others at the dealership, especially in the service department. They have made it possible for our family to have great memories and look forward to amazing experiences.

Several years ago when we retired we had a thought while camping. We are getting older and have camped out since we were young……Lots of our friends had Trailers they brought to Camping and it didn’t take them long to setup and go?We decided it was time to by a trailer now.After searching different Trailer Companies over a period of 3-4 months, Airstream kept coming up in mention from friends, as one of the best out there.We found a couple of Airstream locations in California, and one of these was Airstream Los Angeles. It was where we purchased our Trailer, and came to meet Aaron Marris, Service Manager for maintenance and repair needs.We like Arron a lot, he is friendly, knowledgeable, and helps us understand the proper way of maintaining our Trailer. Like all new Trailer Owners are still learning about Airstream.We like the honesty and straight forwardness of Aaron in helping us to make appropriate decisions.In the last 3 years of owing our trailer it has been a great experience, as we have traveled thru numerous States to some beautiful campgrounds and other areas……..We have to say, our Trailer has been wonderful and never any severe issue encountered, I personally think, the expertise that Aaron has shown to us has been invaluable and kept us safe on the Road.One last thought here, many folks that we meet compliment us on how cute and well made our Bambi Trailer is…..Thank you Aaron and all the employees at Airstream Los Angeles for a great experience.
