After the first 2 freezers purchased from a different vendor were delivered damaged, I contacted Airport Appliance in Hayward. Michael, the sales person was very customer service oriented and professional. I shared my frustration with him regarding the previous damaged goods, he assured me he would contact the warehouse to ensure the freezer would be inspected prior to delivery. It arrived in perfect condition and was installed by their friendly drivers! Thank you Michael

We went in not knowing the exact brand or model of refrigerator we wanted or washer/dryer. We had Sami as our salesman and he helped us pick out the perfect models for our needs. We were so happy with his service that we ended up buying a new gas range and range hood too. We couldn’t be happier, great store, great salesman. No pressure sales and terrific selection.

Working with Airport Appliance started out great. I ordered multiple appliances for a home project. Some of the items were back ordered, which was OK at first. When the due date approached I requested an updated and was told the items were back ordered another 30 days. No one sent proactive communication. I reached out again closer to the back-order date, and was told that two of my items were further delayed for another 45 days. Again, no proactive communication. Airport Appliance’s solution was for me to select an alternative product. Unfortunately the only in-stock options were $600-$1500 MORE expensive than the unit ordered. Yes, these are unprecedented times and supply is constrained. However basic customer communication is lacking. Customers should be made away of order delays promptly.
