I was a transfer student with limited time and money to order my senior boots. The owner is extremely helpful and has great customer service. From the time I ordered, in the summer, it took about 8 weeks to receive them because she was about to send in an order in to her bootmaker. I had a problem with one of the chains for my spurs and she offered to send me a new pair free of charge. I am really happy with the boots I received. I did the virtual boot fitting and my boots fit pretty true to size. I need to wear them in a bit more, but I look forward to marching in them for Final Review.Mine did not tapped so I had to take them to Sam’s Shoe repair to get taps on the heels and the toes. (Holick’s does not tap boots they did not sell to you.)

My roommate and I ordered our senior boots from Aggieboots and we are very much satisfied with the end product. She was extremely helpful and constantly provided guidance on how to take care of the boots. Since I live in Las Vegas (very hot and dry place) my boots started cracking and flaking whenever I would polish them but after about 5-6 times of daily conditioning (did not polish until the leather was ready), it finally worked and they look better than ever!
