I shop at this place and their costumer service is great. When I did a return, the managers were very helpful. I do feel bad for them because I once witnessed a costumer being mean and disrespectful, but the managers handled the situation with respect.

The worst experience ever. Daryl the manager was not professional what so ever. I tried returning an item that was ripped with the price tag still attached and I even had the receipt but he still did not want to return my money. The area where it was ripped was where the security tag was attached and he said that he could not let me return it because that was not they’re problem and they were not responsible for how the item was sold. If you plan on buying from this store make sure you look at the item before purchasing it because if you try to return it and Daryl is there, you won’t get your money back. Daryl needs to take some customer service classes.As a manager, he lacks the requirements.
