This is not just for any particular store, but the over all company. I bought my daughter about 5 pants and a shirt from Aeropostale for Christmas. I spent about 160? The clothes were a small and she couldn’t fit them. I went to the okc store to exchange sizes. They didn’t have anymore of the pants or shirts left. So, they only gave me half of what I paid for the merchandise. Even though I didn’t have my receipt I feel I should’ve been given an even exchange. The company is stealing people’s money by doing this. It’s not fair to people who actually like the products and spend their hard earned money with them. Kinda makes you not want to shop there anymore only to be hassled about grabbing the wrong size with dressing rooms being closed due to Covid restrictions!
