I came in around 6PM today to make a return of about 10 clothing items I bought online that didn’t fit. The sales associate working the register became annoyed because of the number of items I was returning. She made remarks like, woah, this is so much in an annoyed tone/voice. She also made it known through her body language and gestures that I was inconveniencing her. Obviously, the rest of the return was very uncomfortable and I just wanted to leave at this point.I love Aerie and what they stand for as a company. Unfortunately, the experience I had with this sales associate was unpleasant and ruined my shopping experience.Aside from all that, the other sales associates at the door and on the floor were very kind.
