It’s been about 2 years since my son’s last eye exam here. I was very impressed and appreciative of the professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge of the staff. When making the appointment I wasn’t sure about my son’s vision coverage and the staff member researched everything I needed before I made the appointment. The day of appointment we were running late and when I called to notify them, she was as cooperative as possible and had documents ready for me to sign as soon as I walked in the door. The woman administering the eye exam was also patient, friendly and welcoming. Dr. Valerie, is as always, kind, informative, and takes the time to make sure all your needs are met. Even when it was time select lenses and possible frames, the staff was very knowledgeable and efficient with pricing, brands, and options for lenses on the spot. It is very evident everyone there is working as a team to make sure every part of your visit is satisfactory.
