Went down to are local one and I am a woman and yes this important to the review. I went and got a part for my car when I got home to go out put it on and they sold me and gave me a used part. It was crossed threaded and the rubber slider was leaking. Went down to give it back and get a new part. They tried to convince me that it was not used. They gave me issues and tried to disregard my issues. They tried to tell me that I was wrong and what I and other people in my family saw was wrong. Just because I am a woman does not mean that I don’t know what the difference is between a new and used part. It’s 2021 it should not be like this when I go to a auto parts store because I am a woman.

Fantastic customer experience. Chris Miller helped out tremendously! We were stranded on the side of the road in need of a battery for our van. We called and he was getting ready to leave. He was able to help us order a battery online and then on his own time brought it out to us. He helped us get back on the road out of the freezing cold. If more people were like him the world would be a greater place. Can’t thank him enough. He truly helped us and went above on beyond on his own!
