We had a great experience with this outfitter yet again, after having used them the last time we were in the Adirondacks 6 years ago. They have nice equipment that is well maintained, are friendly, and punctual. Our only issue was that during the COVID-19 pandemic they are not doing *any* shuttling of people, boats only (and understandably so). As a result, we had to do an adjusted route to accommodate this limitation, but it was a wonderful day on Adirondack lakes regardless.

I bought a canoe last year from ALTO. Totally great service, easy to work with. They have helped me with canoe routes in ADK, answered questions that I have had via email and via phone as I live over 2 hours away. I have recommended my friends to ALTO for all their canoeing needs and one just bought a canoe from them! Come check them out!
