Extreme lack of customer care and appreciation. Went to stand in line following a young man at 8:27 P.M. a young lady came running up from behind me at the same time another young lady come running from inside the store both yelling loudly; Line is closed, line is closed, line is closed from both girls. There were only 3 people in line waiting for entry. We went Tilly’s where we were greeted with excellent customer service and very welcoming staff. Spent over $300 at Tilly’s instead. Responsible management needs to be supervising all the children they have working at this Adidas store –

Got there 30 min before they closed no line and the employees at the door would not let my husband in. Asked for the manger and manager would not let him In either while 5 people walked out of the store. Adidas must not need the business, extremely poor customer service.
