My experience in store was very pleasant. The store associate and manager made me feel very comfortable and gave great recommendations. I was purchasing a gift and I never even considered if the person receiving the gift had any skin sensitivities. I am so glad that I was completely transparent with what I needed with the employees, because I would’ve felt so bad if my friend had a reaction from the gift I bought! Yikes!

First time in an Adam and Eve store, and it had been a while since I purchased an adult toy at all, so I was a bit nervous. I appreciated how clean the store was and the variety of quality products. Staff asked me if I needed help when I entered, but were respectful when I said I wanted to look around first. When I did have questions, Kelly was very helpful and I felt comfortable expressing my needs and budget for a product. She took products out for me to feel and see, and was aware of my budget and did not push me to spend more. She also educated me on how to use and take care of products. Her coworker (who’s name I forgot to ask) was also very relaxed in talking about products and showed me a product she thought I would like. I left feeling excited about my new toy and comfortable with the purchase I had made. Thank you for the positive experience.
