This year 2016 my husband and I decided to call and visit Acme Pool and Spa , We wanted so much to always put in a inground pool thats heated , so speaking with the salesman Dan and Dennis of Acme Pools , they were extremely helpful , from the measurements to colors to the location, we sat down and figured out everything we wanted with Dan and he took care of the whole process …he did a wonderful job and all in all it went very smooth, no stress at all…..from the men he had put in the pool , the excavators , the masons , the electrician , all the way down to the men who installed the fence …..it was 100% quality workmanship, everyone of those workers did a great job and they all cleaned up after each job they did…..there was no time wasted, we were swimming in our beautiful pool in no time at all…they answered all our questions and were right here if we needed them….we call our house a STAYCATION OASIS , we spent many hours and days swimming and enjoying our heated pool , I highly recommend this company to install your pool ….we are extremely happy we went through with this….

These gentlemen at both the Rome and New Hartford locations went above and beyond to accommodate our schedules and get us the materials we needed on short notice.
